  My 5 stars is to my waiter Gerado I think his name was. I had to ask the waitresses outside because his name wasn't on our receipt. We were told he just got transferred from somewhere else and I'm so glad he did.
  
  Tonight was one of those full moon type of nights. Our bread was super hard and he brought us a fresh one, then my happy hour drink tasted like syrup, he tried to fix it and I still didn't like it so he brought me a different drink that I did enjoy. Then we thought we were ready, had him waiting and then we weren't so he had to come back again. There were more issues but through it all he kept a smile on his face and was nothing less than polite and helpful. I can truly say he was the greatest waiter I've ever had and I'm not the easiest customer when it comes to my food. We also had kids and he was very patient. I've had a rough couple of days and he really made my visit enjoyable.
  
  I ordered the lamb (medium) with green beans and rice. My lamb was DELICIOUS omg I could have eaten like 10 of those. Seasoned well and perfect texture. My green beans were also super good. The texture was perfect as well. My rice was good as well. I'm not to crazy about the wine sauce but that's just my flavor preference with lamb and rice. Everything was delicious.
  
  If I had a bunch of cash on me I would have tipped him like $1000 for dealing with us and providing such great customer service. Seriously because you can't find good customer service like that anymore.

  Well, well, well. Pull up a chair and let me tell you a story. Decided to go out on date night with the Boss lady. Outback turned out to be the selection. Arriving and getting a table was a breeze. After, scanning the menu and ordering a drink it went down hill from there. Our server was MIA. When he finally returned (about 15 mins later, "union break"). We got to place our order. Appetizer comes, no problem. Salads come, no problem. (Hill's getting a bit steep now). My order, steak and all you can eat shrimp. Let's just say, "Someone ate all the shrimp and it wasn't me!". Yes y'all, the shrimp never showed up. Now after our servers 2nd "union break", he come back and asked if everything was alright. I said, No. The shrimp never arrived, no one came back for me to even ask for steak sauce. He apologized and asked if I wanted the shrimp, cause by now my plate about 70% empty by now. Wasn't gonna let the steak go cold while waiting on the shrimp. I told him, No. I'm good. Was I mad? You bet. Pass up on Steak and all you can eat shrimp. C'mon. Oh yeah, my bad, I mean Steak and all you Can't eat shrimp.
  Let me stop, before I write the next episode of Restaurant Flip.
  
  Bottom line is, if your looking for by best below mediocre service, part of the meal you ordered missing or searcher for your servers. I got the spot for you.

  On Wednesday's they have a steak dinner for $10.99 comes with a side and drink. Pretty great deal! I always get the wedge or Caesar salad here and a baked loaded baked potato. Cheesy broccoli is really good as well. They have a pretty big menu to choose from. If you check in on yelp a free bloomin onion coupon will show up most of the time which is pretty cool
  Genine was an awesome waitress. I usually sit in he bar area and it's always really bad service but I sad in the dining side the other day and Genine was amazing!

  We enjoy coming in on Walk- about Wednesday's for their $10 Steak & Beer/ Soda. Totally worth it!

  They've los that elegance of food detail when they would prepare their Ahi Tuna appetizer dish that worked as a meal. They would prepare the Ahi on a bed of crisp romaine lettuce w long sliced tuna slices slightly cooked on the edges and peppered to perfection on the edges. There were two dipping sauces both complementing the Ahi Tuna. NOW it's a bed of cabbage with 1 dipping sauce and a plop of Wasabi. Visually unappetizing. Hey the beef is screaming though, lol.
